What We Build in Marion County
Wood-frame homes, concrete block homes and barndominiums, from about $300,000 for an efficient family home to $3 million for a luxury estate. That includes equestrian properties, guest and in-law homes, detached garages and shops, pools and outdoor living areas.
Towns We Serve
Ocala, Belleview, Dunnellon, Reddick, McIntosh, Citra, Fort McCoy, Anthony, Sparr, Orange Lake, Silver Springs, Summerfield, Weirsdale, Ocklawaha, Fellowship and Morriston.
What a Custom Home Costs
Most of our homes fall between $130 and $170 per square foot of total area under roof, including typical site work. Where you land in that range comes down to your selections: foundation type, flooring, roofing, cabinets and countertops. You get one fixed-price, turnkey contract priced from real subcontractor bids, and no deposit is required to get started.
Building on Acreage
Before you buy land, check the flood zone and wetlands. We will walk your lot for free and tell you exactly what it needs, from clearing and grading to the driveway, well and septic, so there are no surprises once the build starts.
How It Works
A free site walk, then design with experienced drafting firms or pricing of your own plan, then a fixed-price proposal. After contract and permitting, our superintendents manage construction day to day, typically five to eight months from breaking ground, and John Crawford walks the finished home with you before the Certificate of Occupancy.
