A Builder Whose Name Is on Every Home

John F. Crawford II is a third-generation builder with roots in Lawtey, Florida. Before he ever ran a job site, he worked in flooring, lumber, trusses and framing, learning how a house goes together from the ground up. He also served 15 years in the U.S. Army, including multiple deployments, and brings the same discipline to every build: show up, do it right, finish on time. He founded John F. Crawford Homes in 2020. Since then, the company has built more than 50 custom homes across North Central Florida and maintained a 5.0-star rating on Google. John continues to prepare every estimate and contract personally and visits each home at key stages of construction, while our superintendents manage the work day to day. His wife, Ashlea, oversees permitting and client intake. The company carries John's name, and he protects it.
