Some of our clients come to us with acreage and a big vision: a pool and an outdoor fireplace, a guest home for family, a lakefront view, or an equestrian property. We build those homes the same way we build every home, priced line by line from real subcontractor bids and delivered on one fixed-price, turnkey contract, with owner John Crawford involved from the first estimate to the final walkthrough. We are veteran-owned and licensed (CBC1264448), with more than 50 custom homes completed since 2020.

Estates We Have Built

Brooker Estate, Bradford County ($1M+). Stone columns and wainscot, a circle drive, a pool with an outdoor fireplace, and a primary wet room with the tub inside the shower. 3,813 sq ft of living space and 5,783 sq ft under roof.

Starke Custom Home, Bradford County ($1M+). 3,076 sq ft heated and 4,712 sq ft total.

Starke Family Estate, Bradford County ($1.5M+ for two homes). A two-story barndominium with a full cedar carport, plus an in-law home on the same lot.

Kingsley Lake ($900K). A lakeside coastal craftsman.

​

Gainesville Lakefront ($650K to $750K). 2,687 sq ft of living space and 4,378 sq ft under roof, set level on a sloped lot with 40 loads of fill and a stepped stem wall.

How Pricing Works

Every home is priced from real subcontractor bids for your land and your plan, and you get one fixed-price, turnkey contract. Only allowance items are broken out. No deposit is required to get started.

Building on Acreage

Before you buy land, check the flood zone and wetlands. We will walk your lot for free and tell you exactly what it needs, from clearing and grading to the driveway, well and septic, so there are no surprises once the build starts.

How It Works

A free site walk, then design with experienced drafting firms or pricing of your own plan, then a fixed-price proposal. After contract and permitting, our superintendents manage construction day to day, typically five to eight months from breaking ground, and John Crawford walks the finished home with you before the Certificate of Occupancy.
