Wood-frame or concrete block homes designed around your land and your family. We work with experienced drafting firms to develop your plan, and John Crawford prices it line by line.

Open living space with room for a shop or garage under one roof, built to the same standards, finishes and warranty as our custom homes.

Fixed-Price, Turnkey Contracts
Every home is priced line by line from real subcontractor bids, then delivered as a fixed-price, turnkey contract. Allowance items such as lighting, plumbing fixtures and hardware are broken out so you can see exactly what is budgeted.
